-- Administered by Environmental Defense, Scorecard.org gives citizens
quick and easy access to information about toxic pollution in their
communities. Visitors to the site can view Toxic Release Inventory (TRI)
data by state, zip code or facility. The site also includes detailed
information on the health effects of the chemicals tracked by TRI.
Title V.org
-- Run by the NY PIRG Clean Air Enforcement Project, this site is
"dedicated to providing air quality advocates with the information they
need to make sure that polluters in their community can be held
accountable for Clean Air Act violations." It includes a handbook,
facility specifics, lawsuits and decisions

-- FindLaw provides a myriad of legal resources, including news,
opinions and commentary, a legal dictionary, court decisions, case
summaries, codes and other helpful and up to date information.
Grist Magazine
-- The Grist, a project of Earth Day Network, is an online
environmental magazine. It aims to tackle environmental topics in an
informative and entertaining fashion. Viewers will find reports,
cartoons, breaking news, book reviews, green investment information and
more.
